‌Project Background‌

Designed for an automotive manufacturing paint shop generating ‌80,000 Nm³/h‌ of high-flow, low-concentration (400–500 mg/m³) organic exhaust (containing ‌xylene, butyl acetate‌, etc.), the project adopted a ‌"three-stage filtration + zeolite rotor + RTO"‌ integrated process. It achieved ultra-low emissions compliant with ‌DB42/1539-2019‌ (Surface Coating VOCs Emission Standard for Automotive Manufacturing).

‌Intelligent Concentration System‌

Zeolite rotor achieves ‌≥95% adsorption rate‌, concentrating exhaust by ‌15–20×‌, drastically reducing downstream energy consumption.

‌Hydrophobic zeolite material‌ withstands ≤70% relative humidity, extending service life to ‌>8 years‌.

‌Energy-Saving Combustion‌

RTO operates at ‌820°C‌ with ‌99% destruction efficiency‌ and ‌≥95% heat recovery rate‌.
