Project Background
Designed for an automotive manufacturing paint shop generating 80,000 Nm³/h of high-flow, low-concentration (400–500 mg/m³) organic exhaust (containing xylene, butyl acetate, etc.), the project adopted a "three-stage filtration + zeolite rotor + RTO" integrated process. It achieved ultra-low emissions compliant with DB42/1539-2019 (Surface Coating VOCs Emission Standard for Automotive Manufacturing).
